Rajesh has more than 20 years rich experience in in the field of Auditing, Financial Reporting Corporate Law , Internal Control , Sox Compliance as well as Income Tax and has successfully served many companies across all IT service, trading and manufacturing industries during the past professional duration. He is a Chartered Accountant (qualified in May 2002) and completed his LL.B. in 1999. He has completed diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards from ACCA (UK) and also done Senior Management Programme from IIM Ahmadabad.
